Return Eligibility
In accordance with Canadian consumer protection laws, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gift wrapping product purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. This policy applies to all customers across Canada.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at callme@perfumephlightia.world or through our contact page. Provide your order information and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.
Return Conditions
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Items that have been used, damaged, or are missing components may not be eligible for return. Custom or personalized items may not be returnable.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund in accordance with Canadian consumer protection standards. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. All refunds are processed in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please contact us to discuss availability. Exchanges are subject to product availability and may require additional payment if the new item has a higher price.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Service Returns
For gift wrapping services, refunds may be available if the service has not yet been performed. Once services have been completed, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation.
